Terms of Service

Welcome to Plynth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Plynth website, web application, browser extensions and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Plynth ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Plynth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. The Service

Plynth helps you visualise interiors using AI, and discover real, shoppable products from vetted brands. We make no guarantee that AI-generated images will look exactly like the final installed result — they are design previews, not photorealistic simulations. Product availability, prices and specifications are pulled from third-party brands and may change without notice.

3. Credits, Plans & Payments

Some features require credits or a paid subscription. By purchasing a credit pack or subscription, you authorise us (and our payment processor, currently Razorpay) to charge you the listed price in INR, plus any applicable taxes.

• Credits are issued when a payment is successfully captured.
• Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing, but they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded for cash, or redeemed outside of Plynth.
• Refunds: charges are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate (for example, an unintended duplicate charge or a documented service failure).

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, rooms, designs and other content you upload to Plynth ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and create derivative works of Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, to generate visualisations, save your designs to your account, and (in aggregate, de-identified form) improve our models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload anything you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload, generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, or harmful.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source data, prompts or model weights from the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train another AI model.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, including by abusing rate limits.

6. Products & Third-Party Brands

Plynth surfaces products from third-party brands. When you tap through to purchase, you are buying from that brand under the brand's own terms — Plynth is not a party to that transaction. We do our best to keep product information accurate but cannot guarantee real-time stock, pricing, or delivery outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

Plynth, the Plynth name, logo, designs, software, and the curated arrangement of products and brands on the platform are owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

8. AI-Generated Output

Visualisations and product suggestions are produced by AI systems. They may contain errors, look different from the final purchased product, or omit details. You should always verify dimensions, finishes and stock with the brand before purchasing. Plynth is not liable for purchase decisions made on the basis of AI-generated previews.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your activity poses a risk to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (payments, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plynth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
